Bookings for studio time and other services are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure a booking. Payment terms, including accepted methods of payment, will be outlined in the service agreement provided upon booking.
All invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount per month. Failure to pay invoices within 30 days of the due date may result in legal action to recover the debt.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client retains ownership of the original Content provided to the Studio. The Studio retains ownership of any Content created by the Studio as part of the Services, until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, the Client will receive a license to use the mastered audio file(s) for commercial and non-commercial purposes. The Studio retains the right to use audio excerpts of provided works for promotional purposes on its website and social media platforms, unless explicitly denied by the client in writing.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by the Studio, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights.
These Terms and Conditions permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Standard Time. We will make every effort to respond to inquiries within 48 business hours.
Clients are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while on studio premises. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of the session, with no refund provided.
The Studio is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio and within 25 feet of the entrance.
Consumption of alcohol is only permitted with prior written consent from the Studio management. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on studio premises.
Clients are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The Studio is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
